The Promoter

The promoter is Mizuno Oceania Corporation, 17 Anzed Court, Mulgrave, Victoria, Australia.

Eligibility

· Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

· Entrants must be 18 years or older.

· Employees, contractors, and immediate families of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

· Must have authorised and eligible proof of purchase from a participating retailer

Promotion Period The competition runs from 18 September 2025 to 31 October 2025. Entries received outside this time are not valid.

The Prize

A money can’t buy golfing experience, including a round of golf (18 holes) at the prestigious Te Arai Links golf course playing with two (2) former NZ Rugby Legends and you and one (1) mate. The total value of the prize is $1,200 NZD for local based winner (Auckland). If located outside of Auckland prize is valued up to $4,900 NZD

· Green fees: up to $300 per person (x3 players = $1,200)

· Accommodation One Night: up to $500 per person (x3 = $1,500)

· Travel Costs up to $400 (Auckland to Te Arai return)

· Flights: $600 x 3 = up to $1,800

· If the winner is based in Auckland - no accommodation required and therefore will not be issued.

· The former All Black partaking will be at the discretion of the promoter.

· Timing of golf day will be at the discretion of the promoter and subject to the availability of the former NZ All Black.

How to Enter To qualify to enter this competition, you must purchase any Mizuno iron or wedge from an authorised New Zealand retailer during the Promotion Period.

· Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be retained as it will be required to validate the entry.

· Purchases must be made at a participating Mizuno stockist based in New Zealand. The list of Mizuno stockists can be found here

· One entry per person per transaction

· All entrants must fill out details on the official entry form located on the nzl.mizuno.com website (including: Name, Address, Phone, Email & Receipt/Order number)

· All entrants will be verified to ensure eligibility

Winner Selection and Notification

· The winner will be drawn at random by 30 November 2025 from all eligible entries received.

· The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.

· If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

General

· The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, displays any unethical wrongdoing or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

· The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if necessary.

· The promoters decision is final and not subject to any amendments

· The promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

· By entering, entrants agree that the promoter may collect, use, and disclose personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion and as otherwise set out in the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
