STANDARD:	Our Australian warehouse	5 to 10 business days once dispatched	$20 flat rate on all orders
EXPRESS:			We do not currently offer Express shipping

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Where does my order ship from?

We hold stock in both New Zealand and Australia. Most orders are sent from our New Zealand warehouse, but some items may be sent from our warehouse in Australia. If your order includes items from both, it may arrive in more than one parcel. You only pay one delivery fee per order.

Duties and taxes

GST is included in the price you pay at checkout. If any part of your order is sent from Australia it will pass through New Zealand Customs. For orders of NZ$1,000 or less there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders over NZ$1,000, NZ Customs may charge GST, duty and fees, which are payable by the receiver.

How long does my order take to dispatch?

Our dispatch times are within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note during sale and busy periods the dispatch timeline may move to 5 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order once placed?

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, so orders can't be cancelled or changed after they have been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive an email confirming dispatch details. This is sent when the order leaves the warehouse, not when the order is placed on the website.
You will be given a tracking number and the name of your delivery provider, so you can track the delivery on the carrier's website.
You may also receive text notifications from the carrier about your delivery.
