What can I engrave on my wedge?
You can personalise your wedge with names, initials, dates, short messages, lucky numbers or other approved text. All submissions are subject to review and approval.
How many characters can I include?
Character limits will vary depending on the chosen font and engraving area. Any applicable limits will be displayed during the personalisation process.
Where is the engraving placed?
Engraving is positioned within a designated area of the club head specifically selected to maintain the appearance and performance characteristics of the wedge. Positioning should not interfere with contours of the club head, as well as any other design elements. Mizuno reserves the right to adjust any positioning that obstructs these elements.
Will the engraving affect club performance?
No. The laser engraving process is cosmetic only and does not alter the playability, groove performance, centre of gravity or structural integrity of the wedge.
What engraving fonts are available?
A selection of approved custom fonts is available during the ordering process. The available options have been chosen to provide optimal engraving quality and visual presentation.
How is the engraving applied?
We use a professional XTool laser engraving system to create a precise and permanent engraving directly on the club head surface.
How long will my personalised order take?
Personalised wedges require additional production time. Please allow 10-14 business days for dispatch.
Can I return a personalised wedge?
As personalised products are made specifically to your request, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect spelling entered by the customer, or preference changes after production has commenced.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Can I change my engraving after placing an order?
We may be able to accommodate changes if production has not yet begun. Once engraving has commenced, changes cannot be made.
What happens if I enter incorrect spelling?
Please review all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. Engraving will be completed exactly as entered.
Will the engraving wear off over time?
Laser engraving is a permanent marking process. While normal club wear may affect the appearance of any golf club over time, the engraving itself is designed to remain visible throughout the life of the wedge.
